Volunteer
Volunteers receive either cash or a free motel room on 10/16/2026 (shared by two to four people), a meal, and pre-event instructions. Cash volunteers may also attend the instruction meeting. One free volunteer shirt is available at shirt pickup. Instructions will also be sent by email. Please communicate clearly when signing up. If you need to cancel, let us know promptly so we can fill your spot.
Aid Stations
Come as a family or alone. 2 tables need 5 people each. Come one hour before the race to set up.
Street Marshall
3 Volunteers to Monitor runners and warn of coming cars and direct if needed
Finish Line
4 people are needed to pass out medals and water.
Photagraphy
1 or 2 people needed to take photos of the beginning and end of the race.
Lead Bike

Food Service
2 helpers are needed in the shelter to make sure all food is maintained and available
Morning Shirt Passers
5 helpers. Help in the morning to pass out shirts can be water table volunteers also.
Set Up and Tear Down
3 people needed to Help set up and take down, cones, arch, food, water tables and signs
